It has been great to be back coaching this week and setting goals with you guys for the year ahead. I think it is important to make sure that once you have your goal that there is an action plan for how you are going to achieve that goal.
As I said in the previous post there is no rush to get this achieved in a couple months to never do it again for the rest of year. If we are trying to break 90 we want to do be doing that consistently by the end of year and there needs to be a plan in place.
As you can see from the image it is important to break down your goal into smaller parts so that we can work on them through out the year. It is also important that we don't forget about the rest of the game. There will always be key areas to improve but that doesn't mean the rest of the game should suffer as well.
